Davitt Road, Brickfield Drive, Mountjoy Street – all names you will become familiar with as developer Brian M Durkan Ltd has been granted planning permission for all three and building plans are well under way.
The first, “Davitt Lock”, Davitt Road is well advanced, with completion of this landmark development scheduled for mid-2022. This exciting new development is located on lands at the former Dulux paint factory site on Davitt Road, Drimnagh, Dublin 12. This is a Strategic Housing development consisting of 265 high quality one and two bedroom apartments spread across four blocks ranging from three to seven storeys. Finally, BM Durkan has recently received planning permission for “Black Church View” on Mountjoy Street, Dublin 7. The Mountjoy Street proposal, which will be starting on site shortly will bring a state-of-the-art shared accommodation development to the city.
