Project Management Service provides our Clients with a defined strategy for the management and co-ordination of any project from inception to completion, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards whilst achieving the fullest value for money. We strive to add value throughout the design and construction process through continuous re-evaluation of the design and investigation of new technologies, design solutions and options.
Key to our success is our in house team of Professional Project Managers who have a broad knowledge base across all types of construction projects and construction technologies and have the expertise to identify potential issues before they arise. Our approach to each project is tailored to the complexity of the project and the needs and requirements of the Client.
Our Project Management Service includes:
- Identification of the Client’s Requirements and prioritisation of the these Requirements based on the manner in which they affect the Client’s Core Business
- Identification of the Client’s Key Dates and Preparation of a Construction Programme
- Advising on the Selection and Appointment of Consultants
- Liaising with Local Authorities, Neighbouring Parties and Local Groups
- Co-ordinating Site Investigations, Surveys, etc.
- Managing the Design Team’s Performance
- Carrying out Lift Cycle Costing / Whole Life Cost Analysis of Construction Methods, Services, Systems, Finishes Options, etc.
- Identifying and Evaluating Areas of the Designs where further value for money or functionality could be added
- Advising on Tendering Procedures and the Evaluation and Selection of Contractors
- Tracking progress against programme and preparing Progress Reports for the Client throughout the Process
- Arranging Inspections and the Testing & Commissioning of the Building
- Co-ordinating the Handover of the Building, Safety Files, User and Maintenance Manuals and all other relevant information to the Client
- Arranging training for the Client & Staff on the use and maintenance of the Building and its Systems / Installations
- Monitoring and reporting on the agreement of the Final Accounts of the Contractor and Design Consultants
- On-going support and back-up for the Client following Practical Completion of the Project.
