  • Main Structure
    Re-inforced in-situ concrete Basement
  • Structure; in-situ concrete walls to upper levels; precast concrete floor slabs with in-situ concrete screed to upper levels.
  • External Walls
    Selected yellow brickwork, limestone cladding, iroko teak cladding, and self-coloured render.
  • Roofs
    Asphalt roof finish with solar reflective paint on concrete screed on metal decking generally.
  • Windows
    High performance aluminium clad double glazed windows, screens and doors, with Nordic Pine internally and aluminium externally.
