These include One Off Housing, Residential Extension & Refurbishment as well as Restoration and Refurbishment of Protected Structures.  We also develop Residential and Commercial Property, carry out various Civil Engineering Works in addition to Commercial Refurbishment and Fit Out Works.  

Brian M Durkan has worked closely with many Schools and can provide Department of Education Extensions/Renovations/Alterations and Energy Efficiency Scheme Works.

Brian M. Durkan & Co. Ltd. have also diversified into the Energy Efficiency Sector and we are Registered Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessors, Registered Retrofit Contractors under the SEI Home Energy Savings Scheme, members of the CIF Retrofit Contractors Register, and we are a certified and approved Contractor for the installation of Siga air tightness membranes and materials.

We also provide a Project Management service. We cover all aspects of Project Management from inception to completion. We develop and deliver a tailor made Project Management service to suit our Clients specific requirements.

Our company has successfully completed contract works for Local Authorities, The Office of Public Works, Government Departments, Religious Orders, Banking Institutions, as well as numerous Private Clients across all sectors of the Construction Industry.
